
Tennis Star – Digital transformation for e-commerce and footwear logistics
The Challenge
Tennis Star was a 100% physical store that managed inventory with spreadsheets and processed orders manually, which led to errors, delays, and a lack of visibility. There was no shipment traceability or mechanisms to anticipate demand or communicate relevant launches and offers.
The Solution
We developed a custom web and mobile platform that integrates:
- Specialized e-commerce with an interactive catalog (filters by size, style, and price) and an optimized purchasing process.
- Real-time stock control, synchronized with the physical warehouse when receiving and dispatching goods.
- Order and logistics management with automated picking/packing orders, label printing, and coordination with carriers.
- End-to-end traceability, giving each order a unique identifier and allowing its status to be tracked from preparation to delivery.
- AI for prediction and recommendation, which analyzes sales, searches, and user behavior to suggest personalized products.
- Dynamic newsletter, which automatically sends bulletins with the models of greatest interest detected on the platform.
- Big data and analytics, capturing transaction and navigation data to feed dashboards on demand, stock rotation, and campaign effectiveness.
